THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
Claude Costy tells us:
“When we decided to start construction on May 68, we did not have any work, so we decided to build this house which we had obtained the building permit but we did not know when we were going to start the construction. There was a good opportunity to do it and we started on our own, Pascal doing the reinforcement and I helping him to set up the fence and other friends who were passing gave us a hand cut.

The process consists of shapes created by curved concrete irons and interconnected with a wire mesh, called chicken wire mesh, stapled on these concrete irons like a salad basket, and on top of it, concrete is projected . Vertical walls are not constructed with this process there. You have to be able to have curves so that the concrete holds when you project it on the shapes you have created. ”
